"All the World's a Stage" - A Workshop
Joan Robinson - a teacher of the Alexander Technique, and Sheila Nash - a voice coach with a background in professional theatre, are combining their skills to create an exciting exploration of voice and movement.
This workshop will provide you with ways and means of making best use of your innate skills and abilities in everyday living. You will learn how to deal with that awful nervous tension that crops up in stressful situations - interviews, meeting new people, speaking in public etc. - we've all been there!
